CUSTOM ORDER!!!

This listing is for a Custom Order. This includes any design, style and size of tumbler. If you see a tumbler that's been sold in the Ready to Ship category, I can remake that for you. If you see a design but would like it in a different color or size, I can do that! I can create any theme that you can think of! In the notes section, please explain what you are looking for and I will contact you for confirmation.

All of my tumblers are double walled stainless steel, which allows drinks to stay cold for 24 hours and hot for 6+ hours. All sizes of tumblers include a slide closure lid and a straw (with the exception of no straws for coffee cups and wine tumblers). I carry a variety of different shapes and sizes of tumblers to choose from but if you don't see what you are looking for, please contact me! 

Each tumbler is designed and created by me with a variety of high-quality products, including epoxy, glitter, pigments, ink, paint, vinyl, etc. Although I use a top-notch epoxy, tumblers are not dishwasher safe or microwavable safe. Care should be taken to not drop your tumbler as it can damage the tumbler.

Due to each tumbler being handcrafted, no two tumblers will look exactly the same. While some designs can be closely recreated, others may have a slightly different appearance. While designing with pigments and inks, I can use the same exact products on two different cups and will have a similar but different look.

Each tumbler price includes a name or decal, such as a saying or company logo.

Orders are non-refundable; however, if an item is defective upon arrival, please contact me immediately. I will evaluate it, take it up with the shipping company and repair or replace.

Custom orders have a turn-around time currently of 3 to 4 weeks, although many times, tumblers are completed prior to that. This time allows for me to give each tumbler special attention to detail. After the final coat of epoxy, each tumbler must cure for 72 hours before washing and packaging it up for shipping.

To complete your custom order, choose a design, colors, and decal options before checking out. Please feel free to add notes or a picture for reference. Please contact me if you are unsure about your design choice. Once the design has been finalized with you, your cup will start being designed in the order it was received!
